Uptime

All websites hosted within the Luckylads Infrastructure are monitored through a third party monitoring tool which is connected to our internal systems such as JIRA, Slack, SMS and call integrations.

Disk, CPU & Memory

Alerting thresholds have been set to notify our team through internal communications when CPU, Memory & Disk utilisation is high.

Graphed Monitoring

To ensure maximum availability, we monitor & track historical infrastructure utilisation for each of our clients via graphed monitors.

Uptime SLA

At Luckylads, we value your digital presence. Hence, we promise to deliver an uptime SLA of 99.9%(equivalent to 8 hours, 45 minutes and 57 seconds of downtime in a year).

This uptime, does not include the time during scheduled or emergency maintenance. Downtime refers to the time when someone cannot visit your website due to network or server failure.
